Level 2 Award. Awarded to the players who post the best post in Horizon Fleet in a given month, as nominated and voted upon by the Fleet's Commanding Officers and Fleet Council. |
| Post of the Month |

Level 3 Award. Awarded to the player(s) whose post is believed by the Horizon Fleet Council and Commanding Officers to be the best post in a given year. Posts eligible for this award are the posts that have won the Post of the Month Award during the previous year. |
| Post of the Year |

Level 3 Award. Awarded to the player who has played the best XO character during the previous year, as nominated and voted upon by the Horizon Fleet Commanding Officers and Fleet Council. |
| XO of the Year |

Level 3 Award. Awarded to the player who has played the best CO character in the previous year as nominated by the Horizon Fleet Membership and voted upon by the Commanding Officers and Fleet Council. A CO cannot nominate or vote for his or her self. |
| CO of the Year |
 |
Level 3 Award. Awarded to the Horizon Fleet character who has best exemplified the spirit and ideals of Horizon Fleet and Gene Roddenberry's vision in the act of developing an interesting and unique character. The character must be active on a Horizon Fleet sim at the time of receiving the award. |
| Character of the Year |
 |
Level 3 Award. Awarded to the most outstanding sim in Horizon Fleet from among the sims that have been awarded the Simm of the Month Award within the past year. The sim must be active at the time the award is given. |
