Be Wary of Your Friends
The Crew of the USS Orlando are on their way to Starbase 117 after their dealings with Q when they receive a relayed signal from the USS Ticonderoga. Starbase 386, Horizon Fleet Headquarters, is hosting a large diplomatic summit, the only problem is that there is a large Elyshan Fleet on a direct course for the station. The USS Orlando, under the command of Commodore Quinn Androski, must aid in maintaining the safety of the base and diplomats.
*Note:* This mission is a Joint Mission between the USS Orlando, USS Malinche, and Starbase 386.

While the Orlando undergoes repairs, the crew enjoy some shore leave at starbase 386. That quickly changes though, when Commander Androski is promoted to Captain and put in charge of testing a new form of propulsion inspired by one of Voyagers numerous encounters with alien species.
